DOH Mask Mandate Exemption Form:
In response to the recent DOH face covering mandate, the Southern Huntingdon County School District is providing an exemption for students that are unable to meet the mandate requirements. The exemption form is being sent home with each student or is accessible on the District website. Contact tracing guidelines do not require a ten day quarantine when both individuals are wearing face coverings. Please submit completed forms to the office secretary in your child's school. If you have additional questions contact your child's building principal.

In response to the Secretary of Health's face covering Order, the District released an exemption form on September 3rd stating that parents/guardians will be asked for signed medical documentation by an attending doctor to confirm the exemption.... (click to read clarification)
